Summit Pacific Outpatient Services creates partnerships
with communities for senior living to provide Educational
Wellness and Rehabilitation!
We at Summit Pacific Outpatient Services are excited to be
part of these dynamic teams. Summit Pacific’s
Rehabilitation Wellness program offers skilled Physical,
Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Our menu of
specialized skilled therapy services includes programs such as
Balance Training, Home Safety Assessments, Low Vision
Intervention, Memory Enhancement, Specialized Dining, Pain
Management, Self-Care Strategies, Leisure Skills
Assessment, and Continence Management.
As you know, when seniors experience a change in their
physical condition for any reason, immediate identification and
comprehensive skilled treatment can help them to heal more
quickly and return to their previous lifestyle. In the past, these
seniors might have had to travel outside of their home or
community to access these services.
These in-house therapy services are often covered by
insurance benefits. We will verify insurance benefits prior to
initiating treatment.
As part of our Educational Wellness Program, Summit Pacific
hosts wellness talks that address issues that seniors face on a
daily basis.
