FAQ
Do you offer a mentorship program? Yes. We have a very detailed program for both new graduates and for those experienced therapists that have been practicing in another setting for a while and are ready to make a move into addressing the special needs of older adults. Our mentorship program is tailored to your individual needs. We will pair you with an experienced therapist who will work with you on your goals.
What kinds of benefits do you offer? We offer a very generous and competitive benefit program including medical/vision/dental; 401(k); long term and short term disability; paid time off that increases with longevity; life insurance; professional liability insurance; continuing education benefits that grow with longevity; flexible spending accounts for dependent and health care.
Do you offer clinical affiliations with my school? If not, how difficult is it to obtain one? We are proud to offer clinical affiliations and we have several with schools in Washington and Oregon and other states. If we don’t have a clinical affiliation with your school, have your clinical affiliation coordinator contact Jennifer Kurtz at jkurtz@summitpacificrehab.com or 206-240-3392, and we can set one up very quickly.
If I refer a therapist to Summit Pacific Rehabilitation do you offer a referral bonus? What if I don’t work for your company and I refer someone to you, am I still eligible for a referral bonus? Yes. Our referral bonus is structured as such: $1,000 for full time $500 for part time $250 for PRN (per diem)
If you do not work for us you are still eligible for the bonus. We would just need you to fill out an application and W4. It’s that easy!
