Continuing Education
To enhance professional skill and patient care, Summit Pacific supports professional growth through our
continuing education assistance. This plan allows individuals a lump sum to be utilized for CEUs, travel
expenses, license renewal, national and state association dues, as well as subscriptions to professional
journals.
Clinicians with two (2) years of service will receive eight (8) hours per year to use for professional
activities and clinicians with three (3) or more years of service will receive sixteen (16) PCA hours per
year.
You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week to be eligible for continuing education assistance.
TIER 1
Upon completion of 90 days of full-time employment with Summit Pacific:
Allowable Money - $500
Time Period - 91st day through the final day of 12th month
TIER 2
Upon completion of 12 months of full-time employment with Summit Pacific:
Allowable Money - $600
Time Period – day 1 of 13th month through final day of 24th month
TIER 3
Upon completion of 24 months of full-time employment with Summit Pacific:
Allowable Money - $750
Time Period - day 1 of 25th month through final day of 36th month
TIER 4
Upon completion of 36 months of full-time employment with Summit Pacific:
Allowable Money - $1,000
Time Period - day 1 of 37th month through final day of 48th month and every 12 month period thereafter
Part Time Employee Benefits
Upon completion of 90 days of Part time employment with Summit Pacific Rehabilitation:
Allowable Money: $250
Time Period – 91st day and every 12th month period there after
